Food possesses a remarkable cultural power, transcending boundaries and connecting people through shared flavors, traditions, and stories, embodying the richness of diverse heritage and serving as a delectable gateway to understanding, celebration, and unity. There is something really fascinating how diverse, beautiful and bountiful of meanings, symbols and traditions is our human universe, on one hand, and on the other, just how blessed we are to be able to live on such a marvellous planet like Mother Earth and taste its gifts: all coming in so many different shapes, colors, textures, tastes, aromas...A lot of times, swirled in the day-to-day life we forget how precious is the fact that we are together, alive and we can taste and experience Life. During the process of preparing and creating the book I tried to remind myself about that and allow whatever wants to be shared, to come.
