An innovative and engaging service training programme developed for the Staybridge Suites brand
conceived after a conversation where the client asked if we had seen the film “Avatar”. This unique
approach to service training placed the user in a virtual hotel where they had the opportunity to
understand the target guest, overhear their conversations, and explore brand hallmarks, before
solving guest problems via a series of engaging interactive games.
