THE EVENT

Heineken, one of the UEFA Champions League main sponsors, contacted us to help bring their biggest event in Peru to reality. The Heineken Fest was a day filled with excitement, unforgettable experiences, and off course plenty of Heineken, as thousands of people gathered to watch the Champions League final with a touch of Heineken magic.

The journey from conception to implementation was full of challenges, but our team was up for the task. We started with market research to understand the preferences and expectations of local consumers, and then moved on to detailed planning, covering everything from logistics and budgeting, to marketing and staffing.To create a memorable experience, we offered a variety of engaging and interactive activities, such as games, contests, music performances, and food options. We also secured partnerships and sponsorships with local businesses, which helped increase exposure, drive attendance, and generate additional revenue.

The Heineken Fest was a resounding success, and the feedback from attendees was super positive. We are proud to have played a part in bringing this event to life and are already looking forward to the next opportunity to work with Heineken.

ELEVATING THE GUEST EXPERIENCE

We aimed to enhance the guest experience by creating customed influencer kits for special guests and brand friends. Our kits were designed to reflect the event’s stadium theme, with a packaging design that showcased a bottle of Heineken as the central element and illustrations of the fans unique characteristics on the stands. These illustrations were later animated to use as part of the event visuals. In addition to the visually appealing packaging, the kits included a super premium VIP pass made in engraved aluminium, an invitation card and brand merchandise.

This combination of practical and aesthetic elements created a memorable and valuable experience for the guests, while also increasing brand awareness and engagement on social media. In short, the Heineken Fest influencer kit was the key to a knockout event! By combining a fun concept, engaging visuals, and practical elements, we created a kit that made the guests feel like VIPs and helped the brand shine bright on social media.




BRINGING THE STADIUM EXPERIENCE TO LIFE

The Heineken Fest was all about the big screens, and we wanted to make sure the visuals were just as epic as the game itself. To bring the stadium atmosphere to life, we created with our friend from Graza Studio the 3D scenes of a stadium and statues of the most iconic players of each team and blended them with 2D animations to create an immersive experience even when the game wasn’t on the screens. By incorporating 3D and 2D elements, we were able to bring the stadium to life and create an immersive atmosphere for guests.

And when the game was over, the party was just getting started! The after party was lit with visuals that were in the same bit with the music and kept the energy at the top. 

The Heineken Fest visuals were a huge hit and elevated the overall event experience.

This shows that with a little creativity and attention to detail, you can bring any event to the next level.
