Hotaï Village is an eco-lodge concept started by a team of two young entrepreneurs highly motivated to develop a social business project. The particularity of this hotel is that each room is set up in a redesigned maritime container. The interior design is created by Matali Crasset, a famous french designer. The hotel not only runs on very little energy and recycles most of its waste, it also supports a local primary school.
My mission was to create the hotel's visual identity, and deliver graphic guidelines for their future communication. The identity had to be young and energetic, but also fit into the context of an ecological concept. The colors for the logo are inspired by colors Matali Crasset included in the interior design of the containers.
