Vision
As Little Haiti and Little River is source of activity and unity despite their threats with high rise level and lacking of affordable housing, Little Haiti and Little River have a special spirit, as Little Haiti is lemon city they have kept their traditional and culture as it is. Because of the threats that Little Haiti and Little River Face by the time they will need another place to live in even if the sea. Vision of this project is to create place has the same activities, dreams, goals and life of Little Haiti and Little River people, to connect them and lead them to the same place, same point at the end as the unity that they have.
