City branded pattern I designed for the new race in Jakarta, inspired by the Betawi culture and the tropical nature of Indonesia, whilst also tailoring the colours to fit the city colour palette the stakeholders wanted. I created something that touches on the natural wonders and traditional culture of Indonesia but also modern enough to represent the push into the future of technology. The pattern was used across a range of structures, signage and track paint, a local team even created their own clothing using the pattern too. Overall it was great to be part of this particular race as the first Formula E venue and first race in their history to have the most viewings internationally.
