Every day we come across numerous barcodes- at the grocery store, on the walls, on our screens, on clothing tags and receipts. Almost everything around us has a barcode on it, so much so that we do not even realise it now. Barcodes have become the ultimate symbol of our mindless purchases and consumerism.

ScanScam is a campaign which aims to make people aware of their mindless consumption patterns and mock our existing ways of ignorance. The campaign website can be accessed through the QR which will be placed in public areas and on the most commonly consumed products.
