A multifunctional kiosk – accepting payments, giving out cash, bank transactions making, documents scanning, printing them or, for example, color photos, ip-telephony and videoconferencing, to give out raffle tickets, to print it, disposable prepaid card, support for public services, internet access and many other functions, which are detailed at the «Expert SoftLab corporate site. To be exact, the number of functions, more specifically, equipment to support it, made this project so challenging for us – literally, every inch of internal chamber contains some device or mechanism. The appearance of the terminal is significantly affected, as the client wanted to provide the ability of simultaneous operation by two users at a time – although the case isn`t split, but is a single facility. An essential question was the security of the terminal – it has a separate access areas for collection and maintenance service, WebCams recording everything, happening with the kiosk, as well as protection against the unauthorized reading devices installation.
