Following the re brand of Universal Childcare to Only About Children, the next task was to design an employee handbook for it’s nationwide 500+ childcare staff. The handbook would have to fulfill 2 major requirements, firstly, outline what Only About Children was about and secondly inspire and reinforce to staff that Only About Children were the protagonists in the industry and the premier learning and care centre for children from the ages of 0-4 years.
 
The result was ‘Grow’ a flip book which animated the new logo and carried some pretty inspiring messages as well as outlining the new brand’s position.
