3 4 All [Free For All]
An icon theme for iOS7
After many time consuming hours, I'm pleased to present the third in the "4 You" icon series. Consists of all stock springboard icons, custom made to suit the new icon mask of iOS7.
Available on Cydia for iPhone and iPad Retina. Icons (where applicable) have been vector resized to suit the iPad retina display.
Icon Details
This screen shows the photoshop side coming together. I still choose to work on a 240x240px smart object, as the details and look I'm trying to achieve, doesn't require extra space. The image at the top is a picture of an old photobooth. In the center is the 240px smart object, and below is the final 120x120px icon (on a grey BG). The final result uses no filters or raster shapes.
This screen shows the illustrator shapes involved. On the left are the 2 final shapes I added for the sign and photo slot. The triangle is a brush that I apply to the lines I draw. When expanded into a path, it gives me all the vector shapes I need for the curtain details. I then folow these details with a custom gradient as shown in the first Photoshop screen shot.
