Call for Code | IBM

Led design for the initial 'Call for Code' microsite on developer.IBM.com. The design style was ultimately integrated into the main 'Call for Code' campaign page on IBM.com.

Call for Code is a partnership between IBM and United Nations in which there is a national call to developers to submit technologies that help society in times of crisis. In this case, our focus was Climate Change.

I was responsible for both the UI and the UX on the site. I worked with IBM stakeholders and the agency working with the UN on high level strategy, to understand company goals and desired user goals. I then used the IBM Design guidelines as a foundation to base the Call for Code style guide on.

The Call for Code site was a large success and to this day is one of IBM's most popular humanitarian projects.
