After seeing the level of detail of Jeff Koon's art, I was inspired to edit a piece that connoted the commitment to one's craft and conveyed the high-perceived value of Jeff's art.
As someone who enjoys nerding out on the theory behind art, Jeff's commentary on the experience/narrative of art being completed by the perceiver captivated my curiosity.
I was also spoiled with such great footage of Jeff's modern instruments used in the creation of his art.
Rather than drown out his voice with a heavy soundscape, I opted to emphasize his voice with a piano accent to highlight the precision needed to execute a vision and the delicate nature of the creation process.
This project was great because it also helped me grow philosophically and gain assurance in my abilities as a creative.
