M1839 es un proyecto de reforma ubicado en Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Una vivienda habitada por una familia tipo, compuesta por padre, madre e hijas adolescentes. Se repensó el área social de la casa, teniendo en cuenta que la misma es el corazón del proyecto y donde la familia pasa mayor tiempo reunida.

The social area of the house was rethought, taking into account that it is the heart of the project and where the family spends more time together.

Se replantea la vivienda pensando en una problemática: la poca entrada de luz natural. Se demolieron paredes, unificando toda la planta baja en un único ambiente. Cosiendo funciones y programa a través de un mueble de 14 metros de largo, que alberga la cocina, comedor y estar.
The house is reconsidered thinking about a problem: the little entrance of natural light. Walls were demolished, unifying the entire ground floor in a single environment. Sewing functions and programs through a 14 meter long piece of furniture, which houses the kitchen, dining room and living room
