This image is based on the concept of a Japanese tradition of kintsugi pottery. They take broken pottery and put it back together using a gold resin. Many believe the the restored pottery is more beautiful than the original. In the same way, God can restore broken people and make them beautiful and useful to others. If we are honest, we are all damaged goods in need of restoration. God restores and can use broken people to help others. This is oil on panel with gold foil.
