The concept of this poster to create a parody of a movie poster. I wanted to do a scary movie take on Peter Pan with some The Shining inspirations. I found a photograph of an old door and decided to draw Peter Pan's shadow peaking from the door, smiling creepily. Then apply The Shining color palette to give off an eerie feel.
At first, I wanted to do an illustrated scene, but then I decided to go more into a simple route and used just Peter Pan's shadow to convey the eerie atmosphere I wanted for the poster.
