Society for News Design silver medal winner in the annual international competition. I researched and wrote all the display type for this cover, one that we knew had to hit a much different note than the Lakers-Celtics cover below.

When the 2010 NBA Finals went to Game 7, I wanted to reprise the type treatment from the preview.

We loved it so much, we bought the original, which hangs in our office at the Los Angeles Times.
