Lets talk about what is immunity ,and why it is needed to have high immunity during this time.Immunity is something related to the immune system of the human body. If your are healthy and it's mean your immune system is working in a good way .immunity is having a good relationship with the health.we should do something to build our immune system. Immune system consist of b-cell ,t-cell ,monocytes ,white blood cell ,lymphocytes. They fight with the microorganisms to build our immune system high .If they are in less number it means you are weak and highly susceptible to the disease .as I mentioned health is having relationship with the immunity ..health is good if you are devoid of any type of diseases.and we should build or optimize the immunity for the better and good health.
There are various ways by which immune system can be enhanced by looking at the current scenario.as the whole world is suffering from the pandemic disease so called covid -19 .and the environment is not good as of now .so by looking into the situation we should take care of our health and immunity
The first way is to add Vitamin c content in our diet
Vitamin c is basically needed for each and  every person.the vitamin C content helps in antioxidant property. The sources of vitamin C are amla ,salty substances ,imli,lemon ,oranges etc .This will helps us to build a good immune system. Due to lack of vitamin C people are suffering from scurvy . scurvy a disease which means bleeding from mouth. And if the bleeding is high in amount .person may be further suffering from immunocompromised.by including vitamin C content in your diet ,we can  boost our immunity .
The second way is to have green tea or coffee in your breakfast.
Green tea is like herbal medicine .it contain all the essential elements ,which we needed in day today daily life .it helps to make strong joint pain and and regulate the metabolism and weight etc.
The third way to increase our immunity is to simply wash the vegetables and fruits .This  will break the chain of spreading of microorganisms or germs .don't eat without washing the food such as vegetables or the fruits.it will have a  bad effect on your health .it can invite the other disease .so for better precautions and health benefits wash the Vegetables and fruits .
The fourth way to increase the immunity is to add soup in your diet .soup is a perfect combination of all the minerals and essential elements.its contain less calories. And helps in to keep fit and agile .
The fifth way to increase the immunity is to add spices in your food .spices will be act like as a antioxidant in your food .spices will acts as a antibacterial and antifungal for the microorganisms .it is like best home made remedy for the increase immunity
The six way to increase the immunity is to try to make a colorful plate . colour ful plate means it contains all the vegetables which are in good and different colors .this will be attractive and people will eat more and can increase the immunity
The seven way to increase the immunity is to enhance the digestion and stay hydrated . enhance digestion will help in to boost the immunity . digestion can be enhanced by consuming the zinger ,garlic ,and other such elements in your diet .this will surely helps to boost the immunity
The eight t way to enhance the immunity is to add spices such as cloves ,bey leaves ,Tulsi .all this ingredients will helps in to enhance the appetite and keeps the person healthy.this all ingredients basically acts as a antibacterial substance to fight the disease.
The ninth way to increase the immunity is to add juices which are made up of the essential leaves such as neem and Tulsi .the juices which contains beetroot ,ornages and other fruits or the mixture of all this will help to build the immunity
The tenth way to increase the immunity is to add dry fruits in your diet .dry fruits are the good source of antioxidant and other properties.this will increase the immunity and keep the person alive and happy .the dry fruits contains all the minerals and essential micronutrients .
